This isn’t the first time the PA and PIJ have clashed in Jenin. Hamas has operated in Jenin as well. Jenin is a bad town that needs security badly. With such a brilliant explanation, the solution appears by itself: -if in 1 or 2 years, PA show that is capable of patrolling these 10 cities at the West Bank, they could be rewarded with a new asigned patrol in gazan cities. -but those who decide about this capability are IDF + israeli central intelligence that need to stay in (one building sized) bases strategically scattered across all Gaza and the West Bank land.

@Time_Chance I have always called that land the West Bank: "Cisjordania", meaning: "around Jordania". Then I learned that in english ut is called West Bank. And nowadays I am learning that some israelis tend to call it: Judea and Samaria. But, going back to ancient maps, today's Cisjordania land does not fit well with ancient Judea and Samaria. In fact ancient Samaria reached the mediterranian sea and present "Samaria" does not.
