There are 48 talents in total in this group, not including their Kenkyuseis yet( trainees ) who do modeling projects for TGC (Tokyo Girls Collection). Imagine how deep MNL48 goes with every potential per individual. Some of them already have appeared in TV, soaps, Indie films, commercials, and game shows, several prized competitions ( both GMA and ABS CBN ), doing vlogs/ social media personality, prior to MNL48's formal debut. While for the rest, consist of girls with charms familiar to certain people, and unlikely talents that not everyone possess. MNL48 is a no joke group. Considering auditions is part of the process, the gathering of these girls is worth noting and recognizing among Filipino artists who had done every effort to make their dreams come true. They deserve that. They really do. I also hope that more people would get to know them during this generation. They might miss these girls together now, and before they decide to choose their own paths anytime soon, and new talents come in. Thank you po for supporting them your way. That means a lot to them, and to our fandom.

@@anjg9170 it's not like they can just change everything overnight, especially if they sing songs coming from their main sister group in Japan. Until they exceed expectations from their contract with AKS and made certain agreements, they can freely do what they want, even make their own songs. Being with the trend, or "mas papasok sa panlasa" ng majority is also a broad subject. Filipinos literally like everything they "want". Setting SB19 as an example also is just another excuse of the majority to go with the trend (not to mention that many of the fans of MNL48 are also fans of SB19 who have a part of their overnight success in getting their recognitions since they also promoted them during their rise to stardom.), but it's no excuse to not even acknowledge that MNL48 is one of the groups who came out for PPop in the last few years. There's no harm in setting a new trend by these girls who believe that their JPOP style of music can make our country proud of them. Diba? Sa madaling salita, this all-filipino girl group don't deserve to be hated, cursed by, or deemed "gaya-gaya" when the Filipino music in general is mostly influenced by other countries. You can't even count 100 songs you'd hear in any music platform these days that have that distinct "Filipino sound" ( which is always brought up by bashers who don't even have any idea what it sounds either.) Although like you said, we can't blame the majority, right? But I don't agree on the basis on what's trending alone, even with setting SB19 which is also singing songs that isn't distinctly Filipino either as example. Really sad for MNL48 being ridiculed by Filipinos who love more groups voming from other countries, on the other hand, MNL48 being loved by the international community of 48G fans from different Asian countries, probably bigger than our local fandom. Ironic. The girls aren't looking to have everyone listen to their music. Only hope that since they also bring recognition for us to other countries, why isn't it so hard for Filipinos to show their love and support? It also goes beyond their promotions from their side. Their Mgt "did" make efforts, but many of us just kept on comparing them to KPOP idols, badmouthing them, and criticizing them for not exerting effort? That's because they didn't even try to know the group first before opening their mouths and post rants in social media. If they have lapses in decision makings or lack of exposure, that "majority" is also to blame for pulling them down for no reason, or without a positively compelling reason.

What hits me personally: - Faith mostly sing the lines "If you're lost, you can look, and you will find me" has me in tears since she's graduating from the group soon, and since my kami-oshi Shaina & Shaira are her closest friends slash sisters in the group, and Sayaka & Ash have already graduated from the group too, it's on multiple levels of hurt for me personally to see them be apart after getting used to seeing them together a lot. It's too well-timed 😢 - Ecka on guitar has always been my main reason that she's my higher oshis, but hearing her have the line "If you fall, I will catch you, I'll be waiting" is very close to a reflection of how she is as a great captain for Team NIV, taking care of each member on all aspects and makingvsure they are on the best and happiest conditons when performing. She has great overall captain potential. - The fact that Belle and Ecka are back to back with each other just really shows how strong their bond is. Same with Sheki and Rans, who are always together as well, and can actually catch each other's notes pretty well, too. - Gabb singing "Flashback, warm nights almost left behind" just hits me that Ash graduated from the group and she left her when she has become the 5th Single Center. Yet Ash came to the Handshake Event and congratulated Gabb on the lanes and that just 😭 They are still and forever will be the best duo that ever happened in MNL48 - Sela's "After my picture fades & darkness turns to gray" somehow feeling well-timed seeing as her popularity has become "normal" albiet it still being pretty high. I still love her though. She is rank 2 so that gray should be turning into a spotlight very soon! Igai ni Mango was too short lived! - It's also a sweet thing that they have Yssa sining duet with Sela & Lei, as if they are showing that the senior members are there to help their sisters no matter what. Her little miss on the lyrics pales to her performances, watch her do Gingham Check & High Tension, you will be shook! - Sheki's "The second hand unwinds" hits me pretty hard since I see her being "reborn" through the group. Her dreams are very high - becoming the new international whistle voice wonder - and she did that journey alone. Then MNL48 came along and through the group, she made her mark and is now well on her way to her dreams, while also now pulling the group of dreamers like her to places that they should be. No man is an island and she's shown that there's more to your dream if you work hard and never stop moving. It gave her more than just one foot forward, it 'unwinded' a bigger stage for her and now for the sisters & friends she has. Her pipes is just the surface of who she is. - I love Lei very much, and her line "sometimes you picture me, I'm walking too far ahead", I felt that. She's gone so far from being "another girl that can play guitar and is from mindanao" to "Master Lei Yelo" and it makes me so happy that this girl who had just found the group out of chance would be given a chance in the spotlight, grabbing good attention with her visuals and her genuine quirky and sassy personality. I just hope she doesn't leave her old friends in the group behind... - I can never get over how well they blend their voices live. Sure there's practice, but god the jitters during live performaces, you can see and feel it. Though, again, that's how the group is - flaws, mistakes and progress for the world to see - unfiltered and natural.

wasn't expecting to hear this version with a clean audio ... though I'm missing ni-oshi Brei, Coco, Kay and Abby's voices since I've first heard (well, we've all heard it first time on their Shanghai mini concert performance), I could say that adding Yssa, Gabb, Lei, san-oshi Ecka and kami-oshi Feito on the line up gave justice to the group's harmonization. Also, even though there was only a single guitar to accompany the whole performance, it still has the same "on a high" effect when you're listening to the song. Seeing Ecka being included lately with their guest lineups makes me want to cry. Finally, she's having the opportunity to showcase her talents. Hearing Feito sing a longer string of lines from their performance ....... huhuhu, KAMI OSHI KO YAN!
