Maintenance routine: scalp care wash day, two feed in braids + press on nails at home

Maintenance was definitely necessary this week. Today we’re trying out the TPHbyTaraji scalp care line for the first time during my wash day routine. I wanted a quick protective style so I’m doing two feed in braids as my hairstyle of the week, and applying kiss press on nails to save time but still get an amazing look.

Any suggestions for strengthening my nails after a year and a half of dip manicure? My nails are so weak. I bought a few products, ie, Sally’s Diamond strength, etc. But it’s difficult. I look like a nail biter. 😢

Stay consistent with the routine. And don’t use your nails as tools. Sally Hanson’s products are pretty good but consistency with whatever you choose is important. If you wear nail tips they’ll naturally weaken your nails where applied overtime.
