Instead of flipping your hair in the sink you could try to part it down the middle and wash each side so your hair could stay down. That method works great for me.

I grew up with my mom washing my hair in the Kitchen sink. I don’t/can’t wash my hair in the shower. For one, I don’t like the hair products rinsing down to ‘other’ parts of my body. Two, it’s just too much. I actually kneel over the bathroom tub to wash my hair. My faucet is located where I can do that. Keep doing what works for you Destiny.

I've had that same issue with cream leave ins mixing with certain gels...Eco is really specific about which leave ins it'll work with. Your results are amazing and the most important factor: your hair is still healthy! I usually do a bonnet at night as well and about 4-6 twist so it won't be flat or start to mash or matt down.

Once you put your last conditioner in your hair, shower and let it sit in, then flip your hair forward as if you were under a sink and rinse it out. Squeeze it dry and wrap your towel around your hair. No back acne!!

Maybe you should try do your hair in sections. Like part it in 4 sections. The more you do your natural hair the better you will get. It’s trial and error and consistency! I love your natural hair! 😍

I’m using that creme of nature pure honey line and it works wonders for my hair! They’re thick and moisturizing and leaves my hair extremely soft! The twisting cream is my favorite product from that line.

Camille rose curl maker gel is really good if you are looking for a more natural light weight gel. I haven’t tried all their products but by the results I got from the gel I feel like the rest of their line would be amazing. They are pricey though but the results are worth it.❤️

hey destiny LOVE your videos and as far as the puffy ends mine did the same , i do however have a loser curl than you but as mi grew longer the puff stopped. highly recommend making smaller sections and making sure your hair is wet wet as it helps for curls to develop . When it gets longer it gets easier

I prefer the shower only because I have the stand up kind and it’s easier for me than the sink where I end up straining my back and everything gets wet! Lmao if imma be wet I might as well hop in the shower with it. But I completely understand what you were saying about not knowing what you’re cutting if you don’t properly define your curls! I just filmed my “big chop” and was trying to explain that but didn’t know how to put it lol. But I was getting scared that I’d cut something that was actually my natural hair. You did good tho! Being new at this we really just have to play with our hair and see what it likes because everyone hair is different and reacts to different products and methods. ♥️♥️ can’t wait to see more from you, boo!

My wash n go last 7 days... I wear a plastic cap under my bonnet each pm.....it keeps the moisture in, but not soaking wet, and I don't have to spray it in the am.... Try it!!

I love the pure honey line! My favorites are the mask and twisting creme the scent lingers and it smells so good. I have low porosity hair too, I soak my hair and I feel like that’s when my curls pop the most! The L.O.C method helped my hair grow a couple of inches too! Loved the video!! ❤️✨ Edit: I wash my back immediately after washing my hair in the shower. I recommend the neutrogena body wash it’s clears up body acne. The kitchen is the best place to go on wash day!

Hey Destiny -- Do conditioner or cream before oil because oil seals in moisture and prevents anything from coming in also. So adding cream on top of that means your product won't penetrate the hair, plus oil is not moisturizing.
