I really appreciate that brief scene of Scott having that moment of grief for Madelyne and Jean wipes his tear away. Despite how complicated things got, both of them just needed a little perspective to realize that neither of them wants to hurt the other.

Prime Sentinels (From what I remember from reading in the comics), the person, sometimes never knows that he or she is a sentinel until they are programmed to 'turn on'. Prime Sentinels are created when injected or implanted with nano-machines. The victim is turned into a sentinel from the inside out. I'm sure Trask had no idea he was a Prime Sentinel.

Yeah, Prime Sentinels are sleeper agents, their programming is hidden from the host. Most were amputees or sick people who got treated and got better, never knowing that they were secretly turned into machines. Then they get their life back, and one day, a mutant is detected and POOF, Prime Sentinel activated! The person ceases to exist, only the machine remains. I loved the Prime Sentinels back in the days!

This was a great episode. A sad and dark episode with a sad start to Gambit funeral. With Nightcrawler giving a wonderful eulogy. Nightcrawler is concerned for Rogue Rogue attacking a government facility in which was a badass moment as she searched for Henry Gyrich and Bolivar Trask. I never forget a line Wolverine stated in the original show when he told Gambit the last thing you ever wanted to do is make that woman mad (Rogue) in which we got a demonstration of it in this episode. The president refusing to help the X-Men and mutants is making me think Cyclops is gonna take Magneto route in dealing with this issue. Which we are gonna see a different side of Cyclops. I'm starting to agree with everyone in KZbin comments that Val Cooper is Mystique. It is just sad seeing the Aftermath of Genosha with so many mutants injured as the X-Men helps out. As we get a memorial for the fallen mutants. I never expect to see Captain America making an appearance in the show. It nice to see Scott and Jean talking as they find Emma Frost alive, who's able to learn a new ability to turn diamond. Man, I feel bad for Cyclops for losing Madelyne Pryor, his son's mother, in the tragedy. Ever since episode 2. He had never caught a break. It is nice to see that Roberto parents know already knew the truth that he's a mutant and accept him. Even tho him being one must be kept secret from shareholders. I'm happy that Nightcrawler and the X-Men are there to help Rogue through this difficult time. A mysterious figure kills Gyrich. Rogue killing Trask was shocking only for Trask being killed, mutated into a new updated which is called a prime Sentinel. The fight between X-Men and Sentinel Prime Trask was intense. Now Cable comes back to warn the X-Men that Mr. Sinister isn't the true mastermind it someone else. I like the 92 reference from the original show. And now it revealed that Magneto is alive. And the guy shaving him was very creepy.These episodes just keep getting better as we go further into the season. It leaves you wanting more. But anyway I hope you have a wonderful day. I legitimately almost had a brain aneurysm of awesomeness with this episode. From the funeral,to seeing Captain america my favorite hero meet Rogue who is my favorite Marvel babe,to Rogue's rampage ending with meeting Nightcrawler and then that fucking amazing Shot of the xmen reuniting,beast shutting down the reporter again,to Rogue just Dropping Trask like it was nothing to me still wondering who the villian is. Either thats a fake Magneto or this dude pulled something slick to grab Magneto during the Genosha Massacre. He said to Sinister "You the textbook in What NOT TO DO!" OH MY GOODNESS I mean holy crap this episode was awesome. I said it once....the Xmen are the Wu tang Clan of the Comic book universe. Each individual character is so good but when they unite....the 36 chambers are unleashed.

no, that's not gambits brother nightcrawlers is not his brother ,,, but nightcrawler is mystiques biological son she gave up long ago she put him in a basket and he went down stream in the basket, something like that and monks found him that's why he has that religious side to him because he's a priest... there's a whole bunch of episodes about it ,in the original series... but rogue was adopted kind of by mystique , so nightcrawler and rogue are like step, brothers and sister they're family.... but yeah you saw her talk about it in episode 5 , but there's a whole bunch of episodes about it to be an episode five when she talks about her meeting magneto and falling for him... rogue was a bad character. She wasn't a good girl... she didn't originally have the powers she has now.. she stole all her strength and all the flight and everything from Captain Marvel. She almost killed her she's still in a coma in this series... there's a whole episode bunch of them about it.. should watch it. They're pretty good.

is nightcrawler an ordained preist? i never knew he was religious. the irony of him looking like a demon but is religious is kind of wild. it just goes to show you not judge people based on how they look. the cable reveal still trips me out. i wonder if he was always scott's son even back in the 90's or if this was a new concept for this series. i wasn't shocked by rogue's vengeance arc going this way, up until the roof scene. her pretending to care about his life until she found out that he had no more information to give and then dropping him shocked me. she saved his life, and then took it within the same minute. i don't blame her for wanting revenge, but if she would have saved him and not dropped him he wouldn't have become a sentinel. sounds like another "don't seek revenge" parable. the voice acting for this show is still taking me a while to get used to because they're different from the 90's show, but i can't tell if it's the same voice actor voicing a different character, or is that dude at the end with magneto cyclops from the future. because he sounded a lot like cyclops to me.
