Allow Illustrator to Change Black & White with Recolor (How to Turn Off Preserve Options)

By default, the Recolor option within Illustrator does not change Black or White. Within the Advanced Options is the Color Reduction Options button. Within its options are settings to preserve White, Black and Grays. Turning these off allows the Recolor dialog box to change them.
