So similar and it’s such a difficult spot for me because everytime I get super happy about life I naturally go to call him then I feel so dumb for trying to share good news then I dog myself out for being so weak then I go to God then I’m feeling better but then emotionally confused because at that point I just want a human to speak with in light talks but have no one then I think he’s right and I need to forgive him…tho he keeps doing the same actions… and it’s just confusing. How many times is one to forgive, how do you know if being protective is wrong?

"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." It's important to remember that forgiveness scriptures like Matthew 6:14 remind us that, since God forgives us, we, too, must offer forgiveness to those who have wronged us.

Prayed THE prayer on Sunday the 8th and asked God to remove by Wed. Come Friday 7/12 late night and my relationship came to an unexpected end. Devastated ain’t the word. Trying so hard to trust God’s will but y’all, I’m going through it!

Praying for you! I prayed the same pray and I asked for him to give me the strength to withstand the storm once that person was removed. When God removed him, the storm that I prayed God give me the strength to face, was the biggest storm I’d faced thus far in life and it really tested my faith. Not putting my situation or other party on blast but the storm got so big the court system got involved. Through the tears and all I kept my eyes focused on God and I can say, now that it’s all over, God never left me. He in fact, gave me the strength I prayed for and tested me in the process to see if I trusted that he would never leave me. God has you. The same way he has me. In every step we take, he’s there. I had a dream a week before my ex gf broke up with me where I was crying out to God that I didn’t want to be dirty anymore. I literally woke up crying.
