Allport's Trait Theory of Personality

This video talks about Allport's Trait theory. This theory identifies traits as building blocks of a person's identity (his personality) which are constant in all situations. Individuals can be classified based on their traits. Allport organized traits into three classes which are: Cardinal traits, Central Traits and Secondary traits. In this video I discuss the theory and elaborate on these three trait levels.
