We made these last night and they were a complete hit. I thought I made enough for leftovers but my family ate it all! Will definitely be in the dinner rotation from now on. You knocked this one out of the park. Thank you so much.

You are so fun to watch darling! Your recipes are amazing...so easy to re-create. You're gorgeous, you speak in an easy, non-millenial-annoyance, I love the lime-biting juice extraction technique and your emotional support drinks along the way. Never stop making videos please...spoken for all KZbin foodies ❤

Thank you so much! I can't afford to take my family out anymore, so ridiculous! Love making copy cats at home for much, much less. Now we can have dessert or adult beverages!❤🤗 Thanks again for all that you do, love it!

I love watching her make recipies, I hope more people watch this and realize you can cook at home for much less than eating out. I buy chicken thighs with the bones in them because they are cheaper. I take debone them and make stock and freeze it for future meals.

This is going on my menu plan for next week. Last night we had the turkey meatballs and green bean make ahead meal. It was delicious! We have a two-person household so I made the full recipe and froze half for another meal. YUM!

Copy Cat night became a regular theme night when my baby brother was in grade school. Now I do Copy Cat night for my nephew. Chipotle night is a favorite.

My daughters love Chipotle bowls, so of course I had to make this for them…their reaction was “mom, this is better than Chipotle” and it’s true. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Excellent recipe! I marinaded steak with my chicken thighs and marinaded shrimp separately and grilled it on my Weber kettle.

I watch a lot of cooking videos and kept seeing Chipotle recipes. They finally opened a Chipotle in our town and I couldn't wait to try it. My husband and I went for lunch one day and I nearly fell over at the cost; over $30 for just the two of us. The worst part was it wasn't even that good. We could have gone to an authentic Mexican-owned sit-down restaurant for much less. I wish I understood the appeal. At any rate, this all looks fantastic, especially the chicken and I will definitely be giving it a try. Thank you!

WOW 🤯! Wow, I tried this dish today; I hope she sees this since it was absolutely excellent! I prefer a lot of flavor and I dislike it when I follow a recipe on the internet and it's just kind of a not-so-great flavor. This has a great flavor! I didn't have (Chipotle peppers), so I used crushed (red peppers instead.) And, instead of Adobe sauce, I use Pure Spice All Natural's (adobo seasoning.) Thanks a million!

I appreciate all the good recipes and Nicole's personality is great. The glamorizing and of alcoholic beverages is a huge turn-off, and I feel for those who like to cook, but struggle with alcohol dependency. It's almost like "so we cooked, why not make a drink, too." For folks who want to drink, they'll find enough ways to make drinks w/o it being a part of family meal and other cooking ideas. I've seen too many people's lives destroyed by alcohol addiction not to say something.

is there a substitute for cilantro? My husband and I taste soap when we eat it. Yes, that is a thing. I've heard it twice from 2 different sources. Some people have an emzine that makes cilantro taste like soap. We love Mexican type foods but I don't make them if it calls for cilantro.

Great copy cat! My only suggestion would be to use the RED ONION- a bit more punchy, taste wise, and what Chipotle uses in both their fajita veggies and Guac
