OMG, I just discovered you and am binging your videos! I'm a 63 year old with two kids still home (in high school) and do NOT like to cook. I am SO out of dinner ideas after 35 years of being a mom, but your videos are inspiring me like crazy and I think perhaps you've saved me from handing my kids the credit card and telling them, "Just go to Chik Fil A" every night. Thank you thank you!

I am always looking for new, EASY & DEEE-LICIOUS chicken recipes. I am honestly going to try all of the recipes in this video. Hardest part will be deciding the order I make them. I watch some of your vids over and over. I really dig your Casserole (will be making one of them this weekend to take to my brother's for sure) and Sheet Pan meal vids. GREAT meals that can feed 2 or 8 people. THEY'RE ALL SO AWESOME!! Thanks loads for sharing. Arlene

What is it exactly your cuisinart won't do? Grinding up the chicken and the pesto are basic tasks any food processor can handle. I have a basic 20 yr old cuisinart and it does that.

Is there a recipe for chicken meatballs without tomato sauce or marinara? Thanks
@micheleodstrcilek37032 жыл бұрын
Our win Dixie has pork loins on sale right now for $1.49 lb. I bought 2 and cut into cutlets pounded each one and froze into family size bags. With my winn dixie card i paid $5.51 and $6.59 per pork loin. Out of one pork loin i got 4 meals of 3 cutlets in each bag for $5.51 and the other loin i got 5 meals. Where can you get meals that cheap? Watch for sales. Enjoy

I know the answer to this question but I want to hear the thoughts of others. What about making the chicken parm meatballs ahead of time and freeze them? Then empty them into a oven safe skillet, add your sauce, parm cheese and mozz cheese and cook? Then you have another freezer meal!

I like chicken tenderloins except for the little white piece at one end...is it the tendon? It's so tough to chew and hard to remove before cooking. Any tips for that?
@allrecipes2 жыл бұрын
I find it's really easy to remove once it's cooked. There's a trick with a fork removing it, but I haven't mastered it yet.

You don't need to spend the extra money to buy chicken tenders. Just take boneless, skinless chicken breasts, filet them, and cut them into strips. If you pound the chicken breasts, they become as tender as the chicken tenders - and they're a lot less expensive.

Great recipes and enjoy the basic down to earth approach greatly. However, why do so many US cooks still insist on using alfoil to cook in or on. The dangers of this product are well documented yet it does not seem to have registered with so many US cooks yet. It is something you might have to use when camping but not safe for common use.

4 bucks for 1.5 lbs chicken thighs? That seems really cheap. I typically pay about 14 dollars for that much chicken thighs at my supermarket.

I wait for the chicken to go on sale and buy 2-4 pkgs. Separate into family size amounts and freeze. You can add marinade to your freezer bags with chicken and freeze.it's marinating while in the freezer. How easy is that😁
