2 starches are okay sometimes. I sometimes get criticism for making rice and potatoes on the same plate, but I always tell everyone that it definitely keeps you alive and healthy. Just my 2 cents..

Looks so yummy. Definitely making that soon… Pretty much did the same concept tonight but different vegetables and used a pork tenderloin. I chopped way too many vegetables, so I separated the pan and put my chicken thighs on it make sure I tightly wrapped and put in the freezer. Hopefully that will work to when we’re ready to eat at! What are your thoughts? Please get back to me.
