I made the filling exactly as indicated in the video - But, I didn't use a frozen crust. I almost always do, but today I took it up a couple notches and made a homemade crust. OMG! What a difference in taste! I also discovered I'm no good with a rolling pin. LOL! Love your recipes. You are my new go-to.

I either use leftover chicken, or a rotisserie chicken. Just if using a rotisserie bird, try to get them when they come out, or shortly thereafter, once they've been under the heat lamps for a couple hours, they get dry, and a bit sketchy.

I would poach the chicken, and par bake the bottom pie crust for about 7 min. I would also add some potato.

Let me try and find it. But all you do is lay 2-3 chicken breasts on a big sheet of foil, season with s&p and seal to make a packet. Place on a pan and bake 325 about 50 min
