The way you do the box is step on the gas right before the physics make you go forward not after.

I remember finding the "box" one with a friend and we absolutely lost our shit playing that track. You can finish it easily though by just going with the motion. It doesn't only drag you back, it jerks you back and forth. So you accelerate when going forward, let yourself get pulled back, then accelerate again until you're over it
