He didnt say that Killuas is not the future of the Zodlyck Family, he said that he was raised as a pro assassin and to be the best at that. This is such a good scene because of how sad it is. What Killua is saying is tragic but undoubtedly true which is why he seems really torn up about it reasonably so. To be complete rejected by your family and the world as a monster would be enough for anyone to be in tears, it makes Killua angry and sad for Alluka because this is her situation. That's why when she replies that she would be happy even if Killua was the only person to care about her she'd be happy, it's so touching. It's good that these two have another, especially that Alluka has family that cares about her. Killua saying "don't worry about anyone else because I'll always be there for you" is so touching.
