A couple quick thank you's. Thank you for taking the time to show the closets and some of the features of the room (good and bad). Thank you too for taking the time to show the views as well. To me, a view is very important and I very much appreciate you taking the time to show the property in general instead of saying "your gonna love it!" and only showing highlights of the property.

How do they " classify as such" if the room doesn't meet the standards of having a closet and window? Is it a grandfathered in situation and it's new builds going forward? I actually like that view, always spicy things going on at that intersection.

I honestly don’t know how these towers did that when the rooms don’t have the windows but they did. 🤷♂️ I have had long conversations with the county about bedrooms vs rooms lol 😂

Kind of cheap features like the tile and master bath lights above the vanity

why walk! isnt the monorail close by?

Nothing is as close as it appears in Vegas. Monorail is often half-dozen vs six. The monorail is over there on the other side of Sahara casino. So sure, if you want to zip down to MGM, do that. If you're just heading to Fontainebleau (had to look up the floofy French way to spell that--terrible name in my opinion), Resort's World, Circus Circus... just walk straight there. Monorail is of limited use. Sometimes the walk back to the monorail from the casino is longer than the walk to the next casino you want to visit. I counted once and I think it was over 250 yards from monorail to poker room in MGM. But since MGM is kinda alone down there, it's still step-saving, probably. You wouldn't use it going from Flamingo to Linq.

I agree with @frotoe9289 but yes the rail is just around the corner if you are going to the link or mgm etc 👍

I like how the MLS listing has no pictures of the TV wall. Not a big deal, but c'mon, people, be honest about the current state of the place when you list it. I also get particularly annoyed when the pictures they use of the views are not from the actual unit. That's just lying.

100% agreed. Just present the facts so people know what they are looking at.

No pride of ownership in that "unit". Pretty sad looking. Jeez, they couldn't even clean the glass.
