You can’t book online early unless your a certain status! We used to book as soon as on board!

I will double check that, but, I know someone that went on their first Royal cruise this week and was able to book all their individual reservations for specialty dining no issues. Now if you book a 3 night or ultimate dining package you have to make the reservations onboard, no matter the status. Thanks for your comment.

It’s likely different, do you have the app downloaded and your account set up? You can go into the app and look at the daily planner. One tip if your daily planner isn’t updated as of yet you can change the date, for instance this coming week, and see the updated menus and planner. Let me know if that helps. How can you recommend someone...especially a first-timer to avoid the Windjammer ?? Come onnnnn Jayson ! You are such an amazing guy and do so much for the cruise industry, but I totally disagree with you on this one, The windjammer is so much fun !!!!! It's memory-making, it's an experience !!!

I was told to avoid the windjammer the first day when you get on but other days from videos I’ve seen didn’t look that bad

A lot of people avoid any buffet day 1 or actually lunch when boarding, we went to park cafe and got the amazing roast beef sandwiches. The clip from my video was port day around 6 pm when the buffet had just opened. We just didn’t like the buffet on the Allure, we just got off the Odyssey of the Seas and loved the buffet. So I think it was just the ship or maybe it was our sailing. Sounds like you are getting on the Allure soon, if so enjoy your cruise.

Park Cafe is included. Don’t miss their roast beef sandwich, it’s good and their salads are great. Probably my favorite place for lunch on the Allure/Oasis Class ships. Thanks for watching and your comment
