Chicken Pot Pie Pasta is on the menu tonight and I’m thankful this was posted before I left the grocery store so this can be Sunday dinner.

By popular demand both the Chicken Pie pasta and Bourbon Chicken were added to the ever expanding dinner rotation but the Bourbon Chicken had a 2 day turnaround, meaning we ate it Sunday and on TUESDAY “when can we have the Sunday chicken again” requests began. Your Fluffy Banana Pancakes have become a Sunday tradition the Boston Cream Pie Poke cake is a Sunday dinner dessert tradition and it’s likely the Bourbon Chicken will alternate with my mother’s Chicken Dumpling soup forming a new Sunday dinner tradition. I’m not sure how to say this without sounding like a jack 🫏 pretending to be an expert but the flavors of the BC were complex and layered causing the tastebuds to react as if they were bells ringing in succession as each flavor presented itself. I hate the pompous vibe those words ooze with but that’s the only way I can describe my reaction. Dinner isn’t just dinner anymore thanks to you my friend.
