One of the many reasons that Origins is top 3 favorite games is because there are so many new dialogues I've yet to discover despite beating the game 10+ times. I've never heard the Morrigan and Sten dialogue before now. A substantial amount of the dialogue requires not only the person, or two people, in the party but sometimes requires a mix of a third party member, in a certain location, and even reflecting a certain choice. DA2 had much, much, less. And Inquisition all but did away with unique dialogue. It is a pity.

Another nice feature about the romances is that they're not just quest chains driven by the player. Alaister nervously asking advice of Wynn and Leilana in this was great. The companions will actively pursue your warden if they like him / her. Which is fun. In DA:I, everything is on you and a choice of yours to just keep clicking on the "Flirt" option and then at some point complete the companion quest to unlock the romance. It's like everyone, even the men, are just passive guardians of their chastity that you must overcome. Sometimes it's nice to be pursued!

I've just finished Inquisition and I'm left unsatisfied. It's terrible how they've abandoned all of the magic of Origins such as the unique dialogue in favour of padding the game out with tiresome busywork and side quests without narrative flavour. It's not a bad game but I'm seriously disappointed.

Don't ask Don't tell The party members I think are the best are me(Rohedrous), Leliana, Alistair & Morrigan. Me and Leliana have a romantic relationship going on in a really lovey dovey sorta way while Alistair and Morrigan have something romantic going on too, though in a more "pretend to hate each other." sorta way. Its funny, true and serious. I find it hilarious how Alistair acts like Stewie in this gameplay video.

+brakie44820 NO! Sten is by far my favourite character, earning his loyalty is one of the greatest things in the game and the reaction to returning his sword is awesome. He attempts to take over but it acts as more of a test, qunari choose the strongest, if you prove to be the strongest then they have no more to say and will follow you. My method of slicing and dicing game play requires 3 rogue tanks and a strong mage. I have used Sten twice on the Anvil quest and he did ok.
