I took spm last year, and i only got A for my sejarah 😂 the funny part was that i *NEVER STUDY/UNDERSTAND 90% of the form 5's chapters* I only do revision the day before the exam and oh God i must be so lucky to even got an A If it werent for sejarah, i might get 7A+ instead of 6 🙄🙄 (Moral of the story : you need to work extra hard for sejarah)

Same. I almost never prefer writing my own notes, because it’s just not my way of studying. I would usually rely on printed materials, and add some of my own scribbles around them, just so they would exude a sense of familiarity- like they belong to me. Creating your own notes however, helps deepen your memory and understanding, which is a perk I’m always up for.

I usually study the night before exams (which is a terrible habit I should probably curb) and it’s just impractical to write your own notes starting from the first chapter. I’d rather rely on reference books for help. I wouldn’t suggest this method of studying though.

Yi Ran Yap it's okay. PT3 is not as important. It's basically just a way to separate students for streaming. Just make sure your projects are done well, and pay attention to what your teachers say. Also, tuition if necessary
