Amazing tip about the task vs projects part. I'm a GTD user, and I often get confused about tasks vs projects.

Hi Jarod, thanks for your comment. I have a project to work on later today and the first step I will take is to break the project into smaller tasks. You can download our Project Management Worksheet here: the7minutelife.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/7-Minutes-Individual-Project-Management-Worksheet-Reduced.pdf PS I love David Allen's book Getting Things Done.

When you say that when a task is more than 20 minutes, I think it's not a silver bullet. Yes, it could be a sign that the task could be split into multiple micro action tasks but not all the time. Imagine I have to do the lawnmower and it take me 30 minutes. I would not imagine trying to separate the task in 2 or more tasks just to reach tasks lower than 20 minutes like getting out of the shed the engine, check the gas and oil level, etc... Yes, I can be imaginative and finally have nothing higher than 20 minutes but I think in this case that would be cumbersome for something as simple as that. But again, it's a different case for different people at different time in different scenarios. But like I already said in a previous comment, it's a really great video.
