Imagine the meaning of kon fiakon. It doesn't mean later, it doesn't even mean another second , it means when Allah wills something, it is done. I truly believe there is more than one aspect to this Shahada. It was befitting a man like him to be a Shahid. Also, I believe in God's mercy, He joined this grandfather with his grandchildren so they could enjoy Jannah together. Now Reem has her grandfather to play with for the eternity.

I wailed at the news of his death. I am not muslim but having watched videos from muslim creators ,i am now doing my best to feel about his death as he would want. I wont stop marching. I have the palestian flag in my window. I will keep fighting on and try to have faith that one day all this will end. As Khaled did, i will have patience and kindness and keep fighting the fight. His nephew said he saw someone injured and went to help. He was instantly attacked. He's helping others to the end. Alhamdulillah he's in better place now without pain. May Allah grant him Jannah and reunite him with Reem and may we all meet him in Jannah. We learn a lot from him. He never utter a single word of hatred although he's lost his beloved grandchildren. My eyes full of tears but I'm smiling. Whenever I see him, I always smile.

I appreciate this reminder, as someones whose mother passed away from cancer early this year, I pray for all the martyrs and the flowers that passed away, they are not dead they are living by their Lord. My mothers janazah was along side a 10 year old's janazah, we all prayed it together, and although I felt really sad, I hope and pray my mom and brother Khaled's status is the same of a 10 year old child, pure, innocent and free. They truly are the flowers and gifts to the world.

In one of the videos featuring uncle Khaled, he was comforting a young amputee by telling him his leg is waiting for him in Jannah. That reminded me of this concept that I had forgotten, where any part of you that is lost has preceded you in paradise. He was truly one of a kind, the nicest, most inspiring person I have ever seen. wallahi this man reminded me of our beloved prophet Muhammad S.A.W because i been saying this ever since i came to know of him. my daughter had the privilege of seeing the prophet S.A.W in a dream twice. he's visited our home and talked to all of us. i was overwhelmed with this message and i believe i've asked her over 100 times to repeat the story to every detail. i have ingrained the beloved's S.A.W image in my mind from the description given so when i first saw this grandfather, i immediately remembered S.A.W... i showed my daughter and she agreed. wallahi i can't explain how i feel with his departure. it's bitter sweet. may Allah reunite him with his family....thank you for the advice. may allah grant Islam peace!!
