@@fernweh5844 Hellow, When I talked to the Tour Planner on whatsapp, They asked me to do the online transaction only, they denied to take cash. So I asked a favour from the receptionist of the Hotel, she was very humble, I show her the chat of Tour planner abd she did the trasaction through her account and I gave her the cash. and This was done on one day before my tour. You can always seek help from the hospitality staff.

Hi, temperature in Jan can go low to -15 or -10 hence the lakes will be frozen by that time and the trek could get a bit difficult due to snow. The tour groups work all year round. You can pause the video and take the screenshots of Tour operators.

Well, that’s as per your convenience. We suggest you book the tour at least one week prior as to at-least book your seats as you may find few tours totally booked. Most probably you’ll be ultimately booking your tour via Instagram as language barrier is a huge issue and you won’t be able to interact much hence messaging is convenient.

To do online transaction I've requested my hotel's receptionist and she done the 16000 tenge transaction through her account and I gave her 16000 cash.... People are very supportive there, you have to just ask... At first I hesitate to ask but my wife encouraged to ask for a help... And it's done..

Well, you may have to talk to them that you will be giving the cash at 6am in the morning before you step in the bus on the day of your day tour. They will understand, as many have done the same way as online transactions cannot be done, they use Kaspi.

Hi, you may be able to cook his food if you stay in an apartment. But if you're talking about cooking while on this day tour, that I don't think that's possible. We did not book any package as such.
