Hey! Thank you! Alright so let’s learn it quickly this way that till “Shymbulak station” you will have to take Gondola ride from there you have to walk left to KKD4 (Quad) side were you can take “chair car ride” which is open for everyone except kids below 5-7! From there you will each to “Quad level” later you have to walk 300-400m to Combi 1 level from where you can take gondola ride only to Combi 2 which is the observation deck. Hope your doubts are cleared ✅ if not please feel free to ask! ✨

Yes, the normal ticket includes gondola ride only. Chair car ride is an add-on to the ticket. So don't purchase "Quad" ticket. Just take a ticket to Combi-2. Have a safe trip! ✈️

Hey Rachna! For your queries: 1) Well right now due to weather disturbances there’s a lot of impact on climate hence, it can rain anytime so be prepared with an umbrella and rain coat. You will be able to find snow covered mountains only at Shymbulak (at combi -2) 2) Bring USD only and convert it at MIG store in Almaty. You may carry Ample based on the budget you decide. Also this is one of the cheapest places to travel. 3) Kazakhstan is very safe. Safe for men and women. Almaty is a place were you can travel alone you don’t really need a tour agent. Yes we visited in Mid November the temperature was not in minus that time and it was around 4-12 degrees we needed proper jackets and layerings. If you’re coming from India consider this a very cold weather!
