It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbâs said: "During the time of the Messenger of Allah it, Abü Bakr and the first two years of 'Umar's Khilâfah, a threefold divorce (there consecutive divorces in one sitting) was counted as one. Then 'Umar bin Al Khattâb said: 'People have become hasty in a matter in which they should take their time. I am thinking of holding them to it.' So he made it binding upon them." - Sahih Muslim (Volume 4, hadith no. 3673)

​ @Raza Mughal at one time, there is just one Talaq: otherwise there is not point of iddat! even if you do 100 Talaqs, it will be count one in the period of 3 months.. This is there because Islam, Allah and Prophet SAW, wanted to protect Muslims Umma Because we are humans, and commit mistakes. This is why to protect people, and children and women, even 100 Talaqs count as only one at a time.. At a time means 3 months... This is the time period of iddat.. If a person wants to do Ruju, he can do it in this time.. If he dose not do Ruju, there is not even a Need of second time Talaq... Because After 3 months (iddat period) talaq will be instated.. It is very simple to understand,that whenever there is a confusion over a subject,we must prefer to follow the way the prophet of Allah (PBUH)has dealt with it in his life time.So in this case also it is clear that holy prophet of Allah(PBUH) has advocated One Talaq only, and therefore we should forget the later changes and amendments including the concept of instant 3-Talaq. Especially when such a concept leads to destruction and sufferings of innocent women.

No matter how many times do you say word Talaq in 1 sitting, it is always considered 1. Say it 100 times, it will only count as one. This is the whole purpose of 3, so that in anger, nobody suffers more than they have to. We are all humans, all make mistakes, and Allah knows us, and he is all merciful, and that is why the law that in one sitting, will only 1 Talaq will be considered. In India by the way, is is also a LAW that tripple Talaq is illegal. Pakistan should follow. Even Mr. Jameel said in this talk that even Prophet Muhammad SAW used to join the matter of 3 Talaq in one sitting towards making it easier for the parties by asking, "okay, was your intention about 3 times or you just meant it once only?" and the person would say once only.. And then Prophet PBUH would save a marriage this way. After Prophet Mohammd's death, companion of Prophet Muhammad SAW (UMER), said that no, what Prophet Did was WRONG, and I will not allow this in my government.. Only since then, the law is that 3 Talaq is implemented in one sitting. Well, what Prophet SAW did is more of value to me, then what his Companion said trying to overrule Prophet Mohammad's judgement. Such a shame.

Hath pakar k kahiye, --- "chalo ghar chalain" --- is se ziada khoobsoorat alfaz nai aurat k liye aunne me apne miyan se, k aadmi hath pakar k bole.. "Sorry me ne ye alfaz istamal kiye, ghusse me shaitan aa gya tha. Chaliye ghar chalte hain" Aurat ko bhi chahiye zuban per and zehen per control kerna seekhay. Aadmi ko bhi. Allah will also be proud of you, your wife and kids and family too...

Halala Haraaam cheez hay. aap ne ek hi dafa (within few days upto 3 months) me jitni bhi talaqain di hon, count sirf ek hi hoti hay.. and ruju ya dobarah Nikah, dono kiye ja sakte hain Ruju is till 3 months. 3 montjs k baad Niksh ho ga new. Jub Quran me explain kur diya gaya tu further koi interpretation kee zaroorat nahi. Hum Hadith aur sunnah ko tub refer kurte hein agar Quran me koi cheez ka tareeqa na beyan kiya ho .
