I love these lipsticks. I have 2 and want to order more. The Sephora ones are also cardboard but feel a bit cheaper than the Almay ones. I also prefer the Almay formula. Thanks for another great video!, ❤️👍😁

I own several of the Sephora lip stories and love them. The packaging definitely resembles Sephora’s with the exception of clear top which is a nice touch.

The Almaty packaging is much better than the Sephora brand lipsticks similar to these. Albany is sturdier and the formula is so good ❤️

I just bought Call Out and it’s beautiful! It’s a cream finish but not too creamy. I would describe the color as a dark chocolate brown! Super flattering on medium to deeper tones. I could see this as a grungy look on lighter tones!

I only have Sleep later bc I found it in Big Lots, I thought I also picked up Never Regret but accidentally grabbed two of Sleep Later so I gave one away and sadly when I went back Never Regret was sold out. ☹️ I found a Revlon matte lipstick in Dare to be Nude which is very similar to it though. I've seen Dream there a few times bc I guess not many ppl looking for a blue lipstick, if I go back and it's still there I may pick it up along with Rise Up.

I'm surprised that I like so few of the shades. I've been looking forward to this launch, but so far only 2 shades are speaking to me. Maybe I'll pick them both up when they're on sale. I also picked up the pink cream shadow from the early Ulta launch, but after seeing your swatches I'm worried about how it will perform. Thanks so much for doing these Almay videos.

Me too. I'm not really in to the bright pinks anymore, I love warmer nude pinks or brownish pinks, but some of these are TOO brown or TOO nude XD

I tried Sephora’s lip stories. These look exactly like them. o: I still want to try these. This packaging looks cuter! And like you said ulta you can save on these because of their sales. I’ve been seeing these at heb but telling myself no no no don’t buy because I never liked any of almays products. But these look cute to try at least one.

These are really great in person...and have great reviews on beautypedia Some will be even better in summer 👍 Cvs not only has bogo 50 off, they have coupons to use on purchase, ecbs $ back & beauty club $ back Ulta does sometimes have little gwps...and that $3.50 frequent coupon

Sephora has metallic ones, which I like...i got a set of six for $14 after Christmas sale...but not crazy about all colors... I found your site because I was looking to see more of the color range...ulta & cvs have limited range Target has lip sticks in this kind of packaging, with matching nail polish...i got some bogo 50 off

I don't know about these - some of these colors are just off looking to me, especially those obnoxious bright Barbie pinks (not colors I imagine anyone wanting for Fall time). And, maybe it's the formula that just isn't helping these colors. The one that ended up being my favorite lip swatch and seems really cool looking is the shimmering grey color; this one might be great for color mixing/layering to get interesting lip colors (with lipstick already in my collection.

Barbie pink is always appropriate, no matter the season! ..Okay, I am bias because I love hot pink lipsticks 😂 but jokes aside, i do agree with you. Theres so many shades but only a few that really stand out.

I like both brands. But I mean more towards Almay. I feel like Almay follows more of a jungle theme in for the outer package; while Sephora goes for a travelers ' adventure one.

Wow! Thank you for taking a punishment on your lips at the end of this review! I was just scanning the Almay section of my local pharmacy (Phoenix), and noticed that they didn't have any of these on display yet. I will more than likely pick up a couple of them. I hate ordering from Ulta, so I'll pass on that route. Their shipping department needs some work, so I prefer not to order these lipsticks online. Thank you, again, for all of your hard work! XOXO
