As a kid growing up in the 80s I remember an adult telling me about traveling to Europe and other countries and old world style cooking with sausages and meats draped up hanging and everything fresh made and tasting extraordinary and cooked outside slowly. In todays fast moving world I would have never thought I'd ever live to see it, but when I see you all cooking out in nature, with the best ingredients, in this timeless, quite almost artsy beauty I feel a tinge of that nostalgia for the cooking I never got to experience, only dream of. Very special what you do here.

Seek Jesus who gives perfect peace. John 14:27- "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you. Not as the world gives do I give. Let not your hearts be troubled neither let it be afraid". Take this from someone who used to struggle to sleep at night. Someone who's been attacked by demons, who overthinked too much and became anxious about a lot. Today, I have perfect peace from Jesus and it feels so good!

I suffered a little while watching this (as an Italian) because this is not how lasagna is actually made. But if I look at this without expecting a real Italian lasagna I can say that this really looks good and my mouth is watering. I apologize for all the Italian people that are insulting you and noticing just the fact that "they're grandmother would die by watching this sh*t" and not that this is actually a really mouth-watering recipe and that your videos are very well made and calming and that the main topic is that you can make some food porn even in a forest with homemade and natural ingredients (obviously also the recipe is important but it isn't the only reason why people watch your videos). This is my opinion. I hit the thumbs up even if this is not how a real lasagna is made because I genuinely appreciate your hard work and dedication to these awesome videos. Now I'd like to say something to all the Italians that are feeling offended by this and maybe are about to comment and insult you: please stop. I think that you shouldn't feel offended by this video because first of all we also replicate other countries traditional recipes in our own way and feel attacked if someone insults us because "this is not how this recipe is traditionally made". Also if you expect some foreigners to cook a lasagna or any else traditional dish the same way your grandma does, honestly I don't know which planet you're from. And most important: STOP INSULTING, THIS IS JUST RUDE AND IT MAKES YOU SEEM LIKE AS****ES. I don't think you'd like to be insulted by, for example, a Japanese, because you made sushi in the wrong way. There's no wrong way, there's just traditional way and personal way. And also traditional ways are often different one from the other. Try ask to people on the streets of Bologna how they make lasagne. I'm pretty sure each one of they're recipes will have a difference from the next one, even a small one.

Relax, people. The video is not titled "Authentic Lasagna Bolognaise". It's his own interpretation. The recipe (like all recipes) varies from village to village, even from home to home (not even taking into account different countries) and I bet most people like their own version best. This is a very creative interpretation. The bottom line is the taste and I'm sure this is delicious.

Because..... as you all have already known by now that Italians when designing anything is a masterpiece, Enzo Ferrari = car , Antonius Stradivarius = Violin, Cello, Leonardo Da Vinci = needs no intro. So please understand their rage or ire. However, a recipe for you may not be the same recipe for me... I hate the smell of Parmesan cheese, so I add Mozzarella instead. Problem solved. This video is intended to feel the heat and flavors and not judge the recipe. He is the Beethoven of cooking, just does it in a quiet tone. Simply this guy didn't say it is genuine Italian food. It is his version of it. And I am so getting tired of uptight Italian people criticize this and that rather than enjoying what the author is bringing. Isn't that the whole point? I am pretty sure even in Italian kitchens everyone makes this a bit different ways up to the person who cooks. My only criticism is I wish I could taste it.
@despicabledog7 жыл бұрын
Then don't call it "lasagne bolognese" cause it isn't. The sauce is not even called bolognese, it's "ragù alla bolognese". Get your act together! Unfortunately it has been proven that a lot of these "homemade" ingredients that they are using are actually bought. I guess they say that to enhance the experience for the viewers but I still think it is a pity that they lie about that.

xPoemi they could’ve bought the homemade cheese from someone that made it themselves. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re lying.

I loved this dish so much, I had to create my own version of it to cook at home in my condo. I have posted a video of it for anyone who wants to make it.
