Almighty Garden Disaster Rescued | Satisfying Overgrown Makeover

This terrible mess belongs to one of my long term regular mows. It has pretty much been like this since we started on the property 3 years ago. The lady who lives here is a lovely person and always friendly, so we were happy to fix it for free and bring you guys some great content in the process. All up, the job took around 4 hours to complete, and we took out around 1.5 trailers of green waste.

Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in 4 years on the job.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘🦘🦘.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: We use mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs!
Q: What happened to Nick?
A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!

I love how you go above and beyond just pruning and "whipper snipping" in your clean ups. Fixing fences, clearing dirt piles, etc. You have a very good work ethic! And your helper is spot on efficient! You both work like a well oiled machine, very methodical. God Bless!

My husband is a mower man, and I do the cleaning up after like your guy is doing. Man I love my job!! When I started I was a size 22 now I’m a size 12 fit and loving life! Always good to see an overgrown mess cleaned up and look tidy again. I hope the other side of the shed is clear and the view over the water is more visible as it's a shame to hide that. A hard worker you have there in Brent and good to see him get a go on the edger. I was thinking that maybe he wasn't allowed to play with your toys 😪until I saw that.

Far out, the jungle in the space between the garage and the fence was insane! What a narrow space to work in, but you made it clear and nice again. And that water view!! So lovely. I hope the lady can see that from another part of her yard, otherwise if it was me I'd want to tear down the sheds, lol. The dreaded ivy is right. It's terrible stuff!! The path looked narrow, with all the weeds. After the bush was removed, it looked wider. I couldn't determine if it was a shed or garage. Odd place to build it, obstructing the beautiful view of the water.

How nice to clear something that had been backlogged for years. A wow at 8:43 when you uncovered a paving/planter change, no way to guess that. Getting that gate open was a project, literally woven shut over the years. You two are very good at facing down "impossible" situations and obviously a great "grand finale" at the end was the recovery of a great view, as well as stoppage of destruction to the shed. The final music reminded me of "Mission Impossible" music of many years ago. Thank you for a very nice video, work.
