Almond biscuits
Easy recipe for Almond biscuits that you will make on a weekly basis from now on, with simple ingredients that we all have in our kitchen! Crispy as it should be! Enjoy!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
400 g almonds without peel
230 g of sugar
3 large egg whites
A little salt
1 tbsp of amaretto liqueur
100 g of almonds
Method
Take the blender and grind the almonds into powder with some of the sugar.
Then, take a bowl and beat the egg whites with a little salt until they become meringue.
Then, mix the almonds with the rest of the sugar and the amaretto liqueur.
Then, with a spoon, incorporate the meringue. Shape it into macaroons and pass them through the almond fillet, as shown in the video.
Continue and place the biscuits on a tray with non-stick paper.
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius, (fan heater mode), for about 20 minutes.
TIP: Be careful not to overcook them because they will harden.
