Almond Cake Recipe # 259

Dough:
Egg white - 4 pcs
A pinch of salt
Sugar - 70 g.
Almonds - 160 g.
Shape - 20 * 30cm.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
Cream:
White chocolate - 80 g.
Whipping cream - 90 g (30-33%) (without sugar)
Egg yolks - 4 pcs
Sugar - 15 g.
Milk - 80 g.
Corn starch - 10 g.
Butter - 50 g (room temperature)
Put the finished cream in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
To decorate :
Almonds - 20 g.
Chocolate frosting:
Milk chocolate - 100 g.
Whipping cream - 70 g (30-33%) (without sugar)
Put the cake with the cream in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours, then pour it with the chocolate glaze and refrigerate for another 1 hour.
