Join Joe, Jakkie and Tommy as they deliver a message on the weekly Torah Portion, seeking for Yahshua (Jesus) and His love on every page. Every Friday 7pm UK Time, 2pm ET, 11am PT. ******* Vayetzei - “And He Went Out” Genesis 28:10 - 32:2 The danger of Esau’s threats of violence, force his brother Jacob to flee from his presence at the current dwelling in the promised land. Jacob thus departs to a new land in Haran in search of a wife within His mother’s household. On his way, Jacob encounters “The Place” and sleeps there, dreaming of a ladder connecting heaven and earth together, where angelic hosts ascend and descend upon it. God appears to Jacob and gives a promise to Him and his offspring to come. The next morning, the stone which he laid his head upon becomes an alter as a monument for the dwelling place of the Lord. Jacob arrives at Haran, where he stays and works for Laban, tending to the sheep of his pasture. Laban agrees to give him his younger daughter, Rachel-whom Jacob loves-in marriage. The terms for the marriage are seven years of labour for Laban. Jacob agrees. But on the wedding night, Laban gives him his elder daughter, Leah instead. A deception that swindles Jacob, one that he only discovers in the morning after the wedding night. Jacob marries Rachel, too, after agreeing to work another seven years for Laban. After fourteen years Jacob decides it’s time to return home. But Laban persuades him to remain, now offering him sheep in return for more labour. Jacob prospers greatly, despite Laban’s repeated attempts to swindle him. After another six years, Jacob leaves Haran in stealth, fearing that Laban would prevent him from leaving with the family and property for which he laboured so hard for. Laban pursues Jacob, but is warned by God in a dream not to harm him. Laban and Jacob make a pact on Mount Gal-Ed, and Jacob proceeds back to the Holy Land. ******* *More Information* Want to learn more? Amen, brother, Galatians 3:28-29 are fundamental, especially witnessing today a falling away of deceived brethren who seek salvation in genes, whereas we seek Salvation first, and consequently genes get redeem🔥🕊️

Love the spots on the sheep. Yeshua wants those sheep and cleanse them. And look at us,... rejected and outcast. But Yeshua is using us as we look at the rods. Rods? What can that be that it brings new flocks? 😊

Shalom, Interesting parallels... Isaiah 11:1 "There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse"... those who believe upon this "Rod" are spiritually added to the Kingdom... just as the flocks of Jacob were added...Shalom

Thank you for your teaching. You never disappoint. You mentioned so many parallels and comparisons that it's amazing! I'm always blessed by your teachings, something that is very difficult to find even at messianic congregations. I find too much emphasis placed on performance like Davidic dancing and worship. All must be balanced but if you don't have solid teaching that challenges you and even causes you to ponder on your shortcomings and sin, then you're just being fed dessert and even junk food. We need meat or solid food. One thing that piqued my interest is when you mentioned Yehovah destroying evil forever. I don't if you believe by implication if that includes hell. I understand hell as forever, not temporary. Even some people who had NDEs and have been in what seems hell (probably a pre-hell if that makes sense) have said you can feel the eternity of it the moment you get there. And of course there's different levels, some worse than others. And you made another interesting point about the speckled sheep and the solid colored ones. If everyone must be born again, then that includes anyone from any tribe of Israel, not just former Gentiles. Some like Hebrew scholar Brad Scott believe that all people, regardless of lineage, are grafted in; and it does makes sense. I'm still not convinced 100% about this because it begs the question of who are the natural branches.
