‘Almonds’ an original song

I had just written this song called ‘Almonds’ and I also wrote it about someone special to me, but I didn’t have my phone or piano notebook on me where I kept the lyrics so I had to really shake my brain to remember how to play it while totally under pressure! I had a mind blank! I very rarely actually play my own music in front of anybody ever, so it was quite nerve wracking being recorded randomly. Plus with a totally new song. I was also rethinking all my lyrics as I was singing, like, “Nope! Cannot sing that line yet. Not ready.” 🤣 so I think soon I’ll record it again by myself when I have a bit more space to record and have practiced!
