happy birthday ! your videos make me miss berlin, i also used to live in prenzlauer berg and then in neukolln, as you said that's quite a change! but still missing it all :)

Thank you so much! Cool that you got to experience both areas also:) so so different! I miss parts of neukolln, but I dont think (also Sebi) that we can deal with the crazies and the mess anymore, so might stay in Prenzlauerberg 🙏🏻 the rent of the place in nk with an old contract is tempting though:)

Happy birthday!!! Ahh I like Neukolln, although I only stayed there for a couple of days so maybe I didn't see too much hahaha, that was back in 2019 when I specially went to Berlin to catch a Mitski concert at Heimathafen

Thank youuu! Ah I have a real love hate for Neukolln, it still feels the most like home and some of my favorite places in Berlin are still there, but then all the mess and crazy people and drugs are hard to stand if you live there. I see it so much more now, that we lived away for a while and on that day, there was another disturbing situation on the ubahn (a severely drugged person pretending like he is shooting people on the train) so it was a bit shocking. We decided to stay in Prenzlauerberg after that excursion and work on our rent getting reduced:D but i’ll always come back to visit NK! I really miss running Tempelhofer feld, Schillerkiez, the cafes… Exciting birthday coming up! Skincare is fun, and feels good, but its true, more wrinkles more fun! Be careful with the gua sha:D

@@janapolak Ah I totally get that, I feel like some places have become a bit worse since Covid too :(. I was at my brother's place in New York for a while (Bushwick) and he just told me "it's become more grim here since covid, so if you go down the street, don't look anyone in the eye" which sounded extreme but... it was really bad, you would get out of a metro station and there would be someone just sleeping behind the fence or something, the contrast with these people and very rich people and neighbourhoods was so weird. Here in Rotterdam I see it more too :( I hope things get better with time again!! Good you guys decided to stay in Prenzlauerberg for the time too, I think having a bit more peaceful place to live is better for your health too! Ah and thank you!!! I have since "researched" (watched some tiktoks, trying to not get sucked into tiktok) that retinol might be a good anti-wrinkle thing so I might try that soon hahaha
