Totally. What I imagine is going on - since they are KZbinrs trying to get big, they kinda want to make scenes/be attention grabbing (for any reason) to get people to look at them in a bigger effort to gain popularity. I can’t help but also think a bit that some KZbinrs feel “cool” “risky” “I’m showing that I don’t care about rules” .. whatever.. and act in ways that promote those images for the sake of their image on KZbin. Being courteous, calm, and rule abiding aren’t “sexy” images to teenagers so it’s important to portray “bad ass” images. Regardless of how irritating it is to those around them. I HAVE to think that in a few years, they will look back and cringe at themselves. I sure would. Acting like asses, trying to wear a few loud designer goods to appear wealthy, and being discourteous in general - not mannerisms to be proud of later on in life when they’re more mature.
