The lighting and beauty of the place along with all that snow... looks like an epic time!

3:15 "Hopefully there's not a tree down there" 😅 Great skiing, inspiring to watch.

Love the videos! I am out on injured reserve so I am living vicariously through you filming. I hope to be back on the snow by the end of January.

Nice riding! Those lines are so damn gnar! I’ve skied Steven’s a few times and that ridge looks bananas from below so I can imagine it’s pretty butt clenching actually skiing it!

Thank you! Yeah, the heart gets going at times up there for sure.

Bro no way, I did the same exact thing as you did yesterday. I’ve ripped that chute maybe 15 times over my life and have always skied out unharmed. Still sharky up top!

Glad you survived the crash, hitting those trees would be gnarly. Fun area, I'd love to go back and clean it sometime. Be safe out there!

An important message in an awesome setting. And the fall didn't look that bad.

Yew! Fall wasn't bad, thankfully missed the trees

Whatever camera or settings you have are great normally slopes look super flat on camera yours shows the steepness really well
@skibikesurfdad19 күн бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! This camera makes a lot of stuff look small and flat but that ridge is very steep and it shows 🤙

hey! i love all your vids and am glad that your okay. i am a fellow stevens skier as well, and need some advice. i have gotten comfortable on all the double blacks, and am looking up to coeboy ridge for an extra challenge, but i feel like i need a more experienced partner to help me navigate it. i feel that i could manage the terrain, but is avy gear necessary? its still technically inbounds, but it can be dangerous in the wrong conditions. let me know if you have any tips for me and if tou know how to find a partner to hit these sick lines with! again, love all your videos, and that send was crazy, happy to see you came out of that okay

Hey thanks for watching! For liability reasons I'm not comfortable giving much advice. But I will say it's really steep and gnarly terrain with lots of sections that get cliffed out. Avy training, gear, and friends are always a good idea. We've been slowly exploring for more than a decade and are finally now just finding some lines.

Love your videos man! Never been up to cowboy ridge, when do you think would be the best time to head up in terms of skill progression?
@skibikesurfdad18 күн бұрын
Hey thanks! It's technical up there, definitely need to be comfortable making turns in variable snow on steep terrain. The first few lines closest to the hike are ok and then it gets cliffy fast. We're finally just learning some of the lines now years after starting. Patrol manages the ridge but avy training, gear, and friends are always good 🤙
