The red and blue triangles seem to be Bill's parents, which I find it weird that it only references his parents because when they mention everything Bill lost previously, the word used was family, not just parents, which of course are also your family, but in most cases of this kind of story telling people usually just say parents unless there are siblings and/or grandparents, the fandom used to have (not sure if they still do or not, or if it was just something they made up because horny) a theory about Bill having a twin, but even though there are what seems to be clear depictions of his parents, there doesn't seem to be any other family members (at least not at the time of writing this) and sorry if this doesn't make sense, I wrote this late at night.
