The Audi is flying and looking good. And those kids did a fantastic job on the Monte , I really wish I didn't sell mine. Too bad for Joe wrecking his car but he's ok and that's all that matters. Be safe brother 💯👍

62 years I had towed from CA to Tulsa OK for an AHRA race. Almost crashed there, but fine no problem other than a 1st round loss. Then towed to Northern NJ to stay with my grandfather for a week before heading to Empire Dragway … but the race was postponed indefinitely because of predictions of bad weather…. So hung out another week and then headed to Ohio. On the road almost 2 months and only got two races in but still had a great time….

Love the Monte. When I was in HS the coolest cars were the IROC’s, Monte SS, Buick GN, and of course the jankity old 5.0’s. Hahaha

That's awesome! Giving back and helping to encourage our youth into anything is awesome! Motor sports is even better. They and you can be proud. The cat looks great. Going out first round sucks but hey, it gives you more time with the fans.

Sad to see Dom in that position. The hardest thing to do when 4 wheel skidding towards the wall is let off and trust the tires will grab enough to turn.

I think it was discovery who contacted the 405 and the 405 started getting greedy because the cars needed to get faster and faster to keep the edge...Look at the cars they had in the beginning to the ones they have now aswell as how they were living compared to how theyre now living....Most of it was paid for and still is paid for by sponsors..Its their win on saturday and sunday and sell parts on monday kind of sales approach by backing the 405.............LOL

In the process of working on my 88 monte ss, And Looks like I made the right choice in going with House Of Colors Sterling Silver Kosamene, Its a darker silver than your color, But the old G-body Monte's look slick in Silver

Dom should consider building a better car and race the Dart on small tire the geometry is all wrong for such a big tire on the Dart.

If I find that Monte up for any kind of auction in the next 3-5yrs Im gonna make your life a living hell because the lesson you gave to those kids isnt as valuable from what you got out of them and their school thats funded by taxpayer money and feel you got the better end of the deal given the fate of motorsports and how race tracks are being assimilated by CoPart ....................
