How much power is this thing making? These old LT1’s out of the Camaro anyway were 2 bolt mains. Not really the greatest option for making a lot of power. Most would at least grab an LS1 if you’re trying to not spend a TON. And because you get a 6 bolt main out of it. 🤩

@@britneyautomotive for making your work easy ? Isn't it. At my place most of the workers do the same . 😩. To get the blade / grinder into places where it is unreachable with the guard . Bravo. Higher skill will give us a protection from accidents till a big extent . But the term accident is unexpected incidents . In some cases skill may not be able to save you .. but working with your guards down is something brave as well as blunder ..

Live it baby live it. We all have dreams but not all of us get to live them. I've been hanging on to my 454 chevy truck for over a decade waiting for a good body to drop it in. Heart attack and strokes have kinda hindered that for me but I can still dream. Like when I see a beauty like you.....stuff dreams are made of. Sorry about the finger but expect many more, knuckle busters and the like. First hand experience take off all jewelry before welding...lol. the movie "Better off dead" was a favorite as a kid for me.

My cousin at yerkit racing on KZbin (just started his channel) has a very similar build he has been doing for several years now. Had the car together and some how a 1/4 20 bolt ended up in a cylinder in the process of tuning. Talk about a series of unfortunate events. Anyways. Was curious about the engine. I’ve been back through your videos and the only thing I can find is cam specs. Have you done anything else internally (head porting, bigger valves, shaved the heads, raised compression ratio. I’m pretty sure I’ve watched every video maybe I missed something. Awesome work keep it up!
