You could have a thousand of them and if there all Slings, your going to be very busy but as they get much larger they consume bigger prey and eat far less. Most time consuming thing in the hobby is just watching them be tarantulas

When you put the cup over the spider... and that releaf... i know the feeling. one of my Huntsman spider juveniles escaped while rehousing. And it took me a half an hour to catch it again. Had to turn half my room upside down. But when i put that container over it i was like... time to sit down and calm the nerves. After couple minutes i just closed the container and left it on the table. That was 2 days ago. I still need to rehouse it. XD

I know this may be terrible to say but the look on Petkos face when he came back to the empty container was priceless and made me smile (because we saw where she went but couldn’t say anything and so glad he found her, she didn’t go to far). Really need to think up a product for all keepers for unboxing all spiders regardless of size and species to not worry about running or getting away stressing them out. We’ve seen so many funny moments despite how well or semi prepared Petko is. Thank goodness for Petko having camera running to track while he got a box, things happening in a few seconds. Beautiful new tarantulas to add to the Dark Den. 🤙🏼💛🕷🕸 💡💡Idea for those creative and outside the box thinkers to fill a need in the hobby that every spider hobby owners can use: Just a thought for those out there, creative or looking for something to make/design that has a true need in this hobbies keeping. hope someone is willing to try inventing something to fix this problem we know Petko isn’t the only keeper in the world with this problem it’s just more knowledgeable than others because he PostScript videos and shares the good, the bad and the ugly of all the Dark Den spiders.💡💡

Petko, (in regards to video last week), poison dart frogs most common health issue is vitamin supplements. The best combination I know is Repashy Calcium Plus at every feeding, then once every 2-3 weeks replace with Repahsy Vit A, and also once every 2-3 weeks use Herptivite. Should lead to a good mix, and strong frogs! Later, if you get frogs with red coloration, also mix in Repashy Super Pig. Best of luck! I have around 35-45 ranitomeya variabilis at any given time, with 6 kept at all times as permanent (beautiful) pets.

I highly recommend that the P.Tigrinawesseli sling should have a bigger enclosure coz the sling is too big for what Petko provided. It looks so clumped up.
