Basically i would say it's all acceptance, and we can't accept we something is going in wrong direction or not the way we expected so we start to worry, and acceptance comes from feeling all the feels it's like isolation or healing mode so that after sometime we start to accept and the plan accordingly, so i would it's all about acceptance which is all about feeling part not the thinking part mostly

I keep worrying why am not following my passion for writing and keep on overthinking and feel disappointed and frustrated, dull, I feel my head is going to bust open after worrying, I give up saying am not meant to be successful writer, it does not feed me, neither earn me, but I want to purse but cannot due to situation and donot know how to write, and atlast sleep for the day and get up and have same cycle. How to break it. I cannot make myself work for my writing neither break this cycle.
