lol 😂I know I thought the same exact thing when I first saw this. It's the "Alexander Technique" and it has to do with posture and breathing and, something to do with your thoughts being focused on what action you're doing. I don't know much more than that. I've seen other demonstrations that made more sense where the teacher was pointing out how this technique could help with neck pain and back pain etc.
