@@kekeifsi4610 Since Apple's core store is located in Yodobashi Akiba, this site area occupies one-third of the first floor. And it appears that other manufacturers(For example, Sony, Kyocera, Samsung, Google, etc.) are competing for land area at roughly the same rate.

Prices fluctuate daily, but generally you can purchase them at about 30% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Yodobashi Camera has an online shopping site where you can check the approximate prices. (The store also has some kind of sale every day.) And, the price of the PS5 is 59,980 yen (about $381.06) for the 1TB model. www.yodobashi.com/
