[Almost Stuck!] Modded Vintage OTIS Elevator in Singapore

I found this very old looking OTIS elevator in Farrer Park but when I tried it, it refused to move. What an EPIC FAIL! This elevator seriously needs some help as some of the hall stations upstairs are broken and the controller is like glitching around. That's why I didn't risk trying it again because I was afraid that I might get stuck.
*Update: Some said that this elevator had a problem with its door interlock which caused it to get stuck on the 1st floor.

This thing has since been fixed. But it was in a bad condition when I rode it, it shook violently when going past the 4th floor so I got out at 7,walked down to 4 and filmed the lift from there. Loads of broken indicators and buttons as well. The interlock on the 1st floor also hasn't been fixed.

At least it still opens...better than stuck inside, unlike the Kone lifts of Peace Centre...which seems notorious for jerk & stuck..need to call for maintenance wait 40 mins to come to open !!!

Oh yeah and it seems to be a interlock failure, the door close and "7" light is still lit, meaning the logic thinks the door is still closing...

After I filmed this, I went upstair and tried calling the lift from there. Nothing happened, and the lift got stuck on level 1.

I believe it should be a faulty interlock like this, it doesnt click but all the buttons and logic is working fine... Perhaps try pushing the outer door closed on Level 1 next time? (Just saying...)

Oh dear, that one looks grotty and neglected. A visible circuit board is not a good sign.... Building owner doesn't seem to care much for their lifts.

It's located along Serangoon Road, in a building that has a jewelery shop (Joyalukkas?) close to City Square Mall. Nearest MRT station is Farrer Park and walk towards Boon Keng.

I suggest this lift is 30-40 years old and i thibk it modified and modernized in 1990s.
