Ace's sobriety is questionable. My son met him 3 years ago at a meet and greet. He was 2 hours late and kept bumping into the columns on the way to the table at the venue. My son wasn't concerned. I'm not concerned. If he still drinks, it's not often and the man has been through hell having to deal with Gene and Paul. I'd drink too.

From what I read I don't really see where anything happened that would have caused a restraining order to be issued, not against Ace, maybe his daughter though if she said what is being claimed. Then again, we are not being told what Rachel said or was doing that would have led to any of the stuff happening. I don't know how long it's been since Ace actually still lived there but it sounds like it's been a few months, why was his guitars and gold records and other valuable stuff still there? I bet the judge issued the PPO mainly just to help keep things calm.

That KISS tour is just the beginning? Albeit, it may be their final show..., But maybe with that line-up? I truly believe the Original KISS Line-up will get back together and do a Vegas Residency for a month and do a 10 city summer tour and that's it. I was there at Ace's concert at the Rose in Pasadena Ca. on Nov 24th! To be honest, he was kinda in a pissed off mood, he started talking about how he liked Trump and the democrats were a bunch of fucktards! I was a little disappointed to hear that whether you like Trump or not...it was not the place for it... He also blurted out "This crowd sucks!"...Really Ace?... C'mon man! I love Ace and that is why I went to see him play, he got me to play guitar and get in rock and roll bands! From what I got from others in the crowd that night that have been to a few of his concerts lately, is that he hasn't been in a good mood lately, so after hearing this latest news...it really didn't surprise me! Something has been brewing and bothering him as of late and the way it looks...it probably was his longtime GF Rachel that was up to something that we just don't know about...I guess he had enough! That night I was thinking he was pissed cuz KISS is touring around the world at the big arenas and he's playing the Rose in Pasadena...(just my opinion!) But regardless, I was glad to see Ace playing in my hometown and it definitely brought back some good memories of seeing him play at the LA Forum in 79 on the Dynasty tour and there I was that night in Pasadena about 10 ft. from him watching him play...way cool! Anyway, hope you are doing well Ace and come back to Pasadena Ca. soon man!

Quite right. The 'he said she said' thing in a break up, is a waste of time unless it's used for PR purposes. A few of my exes have such great taste in music I still go to gigs with them, support their new relationships and remind myself why we became friends in the first place. At least we didn't have musical differences and that's a big thing. A bad break up is like a little death, but if you sort of the friendship properly, it's not like death at all.
