The poor and undervalued feeder fish are fantastic for aquaponic gardeners! Have a great day!

I know I asked you before if you ever started the spider plant seeds, it's three different varieties and you said Char had them and at 9 bucks a plant I sent quite a few seeds, did he have the three different plants that he was selling
@JTBear2 жыл бұрын
Ah, no ... he just had the typical type spider plant. Don't think he'd be interested in buying bulk anyway ...

@@JTBear I was thinking if he was getting that much for a standard spider plant and you're gonna be selling your aloes I wonder how much you would get for the rare green and white spider plants

So JT, i am kind of curious to get an update on your peppers. Mine are flowering pretty nicely, except bell peppers which always seem to be late.
@JTBear2 жыл бұрын
That update is gonna be sad new my friend ... one hard frost that I didn't prepare for and I lost the best of the lot! :-( Still have some out there that hadn't been planted yet but sadly all the really nice plants have gone to the great compost in the sky.

Really? It does drop below -40 in winter out there? Damn... i cant even remember when it was -30 celsius back here where i live. i do remember those cold winters in my childhood when it was -30c and below in my hometown and 1 insanely cold winter day in rovajärvi when i was in military service and it was -41c but the other days were "merely" between -33 and -38 celsius. I still suffer from that training camp... the skin on my feet still keeps flaking for some reason after they froze pretty badly and even doctors have said its not fungus and seems like cold damage. So yeah kids, remember to keep yourselves warm during winter.
@JTBear2 жыл бұрын
We usually get a few weeks that are below -40 over the winter and they're never much fun. :-(

@@JTBear I am not jealous at all that you have to withstand such extreme weather but i do envy your will to go through with it.
