The 5th annual Aloha Aito was a huge success! This was my first time watching a V1 race and WOW everyone did such a great job! I know those canoes are sooo hard to control. Congratulations to all the winners!

lots of collisions at the start but everyone looks like they remained calm? does it ever get heated when that happens?

these canoes don't have rudders so you gotta steer with your paddle and the starts are so hectic with winds and other boats bumping into each other. I'm sure its frustrating but hard to avoid...lol
