I think Tokyu Hands is one of the best Arts & Crafts store. If you go to Shibuya and go to Tokyu hands they have 3 sections for art with lots of stationary stuff and 2 sections for crafts, and less pricy than loft. The store have everything home goods, school supplies, stationary, skincare and makeup, clothes, arts and crafts. Also, if you want more you can go to Sekaido shinjuku, it’s a arts and crafts store, it has 6 floors and full of arts and crafts supplies. They even have frames, clay, paints, stationary stuff, many great markers, pens, etc.

Sorry if my English is bad but I’m from japan and actually Japanese is not very hard to learn, u just NEED to learn your kanji, katakana, romaji. It’s the basics of Japanese, if you learn that u practically then just need to know how to put the words together, Japanese is very easy to learn.
