Class management: 1. Tell them the importance of studying 2. Be punctual in reaching the class 3. Dress well, look fresh, be atractive - use deodorant 4. Writing should be neat & clean, board work should be attractive, systematic etc 5. Use diagram to link your explanation with diagram 6. Dramatise your lecture - use ups and downs in expressions, act on concepts 7. Focus the lecture - don't waste time in class - students are smart, they know more than expected 8. Two way communication - maintain dialogue not monologue 9. Give task to students. Students have to teach in these sessions/seminars to make them remember the topic 10. Revise at the start of lecture and ask the questions 11. Revise important questions before end of class 12. Regular tests, surprise tests etc should be in class 13. Have positive attitude in the class - avoid negativity 14. Don't be partial or biased

Thank you so much Sir for this valuable lessons. 1.create interest in learning and teaching.let them understand the value of education, especially for middle class family and every one because it is the only capabilities to generate revenue and get job. 2.punctuality - on time. 3.Fresh look- good clothes, neat and tidy. 4. Show picture and diagrams. 5.Explain the concepts and actions. And dramatic. 6. Focus only to the point. Not deviate to other topics. Two way communication. Ask questions to students. 7. Give topic to the students for teaching and learning. So they will take interest in learning. Quiz competition. My extra point- understand the students psychology whether they are happy or sad or not willing to learn or not. Motivate them and comfort them if they are depressed or going through some loss or any problems. teach them positive attitudes and skills. 8.Never insult students and put them down. Never be proud. Students are more powerful and important than teachers because students have more potential and ability to change the world. 9.Sleep well 7 to 8 hours. Very important to stay healthy. 10. appreciate students for their achievements for success in exams. 11.Always be happy that God has given you the Noble job of imparting knowledge to the young generation. Encourage students and motivate them if they are going through depression. Many are committing suicides. So teach children the value of life and family.
