Yes sir totally agreed with you, because my experience in teaching is about 1-2 years, and I have added moral value to my students life and gained respect from them, some of my students always used to touch my feet , whenever they see me, this thing always boost and motivate me to always bring a positive impact on my students.

Planning 1. Know the motive of students 2. Feedback about mode of teaching 3. Clear your fundamentals first - study yourself - involve questions where they study from 4. Refer PYQs of boards and competitions 5. Make proper plan of your lecture 6. Prepare time saving techniques and easy methods for repetitive questions 7. Memorise important concepts 3 times 8. Try to give something extra to increase their interest. 9. Take the advantage of technology 10. Don't have less than 45 minutes and more than 90 minutes for effective class. 11. Be updated related your topic, content and subject 12. Mastery on communication skills involving good vocabulary etc 13. Be mentor than teacher

13:33 clip S - should be stands for Spiritually inclined. Teacher should know about spritual and material differences So that teacher can teach the students about real truth of life which is present in our bhagwat geeta . By giving material knowledge a teacher can make a student a good human being but can't help him to get rid of this material world i.e a prison of sadness. In your definition of ideal teachers If S stands for Spiritually inclined then it will be more perfect..

Sir aajkl ek problem sbse jyada ye h ki aaj class me only 10 % students hi mehnat karte h aur 90% students aawara gardi karte hai jo baki students ko bhi padhne nhi dete. Maine aur principal fees ki vajah se unka admition kr lete h. Ve students na padhte h na other students ko padhne dete h. Kuch students class 6 se direct class 9 me aa jate h. Is karan unke kuch smjh ni aata. Kuch students only time pass karne school me aate hai kyoki paisa unke pass bahut hota h. Btaiye aise me teacher kya kre. Kitni baar to students teacher se bahut battmiji se baat karte h ki bs sir mn dukhi ho jata h bt kya kre. Teacher hai sunni padti hai. Principal se bolte h to ve ulta hmko hi bolte h....
