After I broke my neck ....Hashem gave me a verse in the hospital... Exodus 13:13 Every firstborn from a donkey, you are to redeem with a lamb; but if you choose not to redeem it, you must break its neck. I Thanked Hashem For his rebuke...And I have been working on changing my life from where it was . I used to hear his voice ... Now I see firey Angels watching over me. I do see them ... But I don't here his voice . I think it's because of the Donkey being broken. I just find Hashem amazing. I hope that I can become pleasing to him. Even though I am nothing . A broken Vessel wanting to become acceptable to the Great Father and King of All .

I have a question- does everyone have a different portion of torah they need to learn? Is this the torah that will help us through our yetzer haras? And can my torah be learning about emotional health and how it gets affected by trauma in life ? Because I feel this helps me do good deeds. Where can I find this actual kind of Torah so I can learn from Jewish sources? Is it in Zohar or kaballah? Thanks.
