The word " jealousy" is very negative. Sometimes jealousy can turn into hate. I wasn't raised to be jealous or envious of what others have. I was taught that whatever I want I can work to obtain it. There's no need to be jealous or envious of another person.

I guess jealousy when use to point out our own lackings this is positive, and we use this to want to better ourselves instead of desiring bad for the other, we learn from others, we try to emulate how others are successful, I guess this is the Ikar of jealousy
